Jan is a co-founder of RWH Holdings and is the global Head of Research and Development for a number of the subsidiary companies. An intellectual, academic and keen sportsman, Jan is a recognised and acknowledged expert in his field. It is Jan’s philosophy of giving back by developing affordable and workable solutions for many of the earth’s current dilemmas such as new energy sources and sustainable nutrition that sees him work tirelessly to create the answers to our needs and inspire others to go beyond their own boundaries.

Global Head of Marketing and Communications with a wealth of experience derived from working across a variety of blue chip multi nationals, Kaz oversees and guides the group and its companies in terms of creative and sustainable communication campaigns ensuring that all companies are on message and true to their positioning. She is integral in assessing the worth of new ideas and companies, rigorously testing their merit. An activist for social change and an entrepreneur in her own right, Kaz also heads up the Storyteller Foundation and will shortly oversee the RWH Trust
